BESTpro Personalkonzepte GmbH is seeking an Electrical Master (m/f/d) for a full-time role in Wuppertal, working 35–40 hours per week. The position leads the electrical assembly team, ensures technical qualifications, plans and monitors area functions, builds and wires tools and machine tools, performs VDE-compliant testing, modifies wiring diagrams, conducts supplier acceptance tests, serves as VEFK, and supports commercial trainees and daily operations. Candidates need completed electrical engineering training, successful completion of the Electrical Master examination, several years of people-management and VEFK experience, PLC and NC/CNC knowledge, and strong communication and planning skills.
