enerix is hiring an Electrical Master / Technical Operations Manager for its Rostock location to lead the electrical engineering division. The role is responsible for the professional execution and quality assurance of photovoltaic, battery storage, backup power, wallbox, meter, and other energy-system installations; supervising electricians and installation teams; supporting commissioning, documentation, handovers, and complex technical decisions; and maintaining compliance with electrical standards and business registrations. The position requires a master craftsman qualification in the electrical trade or equivalent, knowledge of applicable regulations, strong German skills, and the ability to obtain a TREI qualification if needed.
