Description
Stratas Foods is hiring an A-level Electrical-Mechanical Maintenance Technician for a third-shift role from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with training on the first or second shift and new-hire orientation on the first shift. The technician will independently lead complex industrial maintenance projects, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems, develop preventative maintenance procedures, use CMMS systems, mentor junior technicians, and support continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of industrial maintenance experience, advanced PLC and automation experience, and the ability to work overtime, walk throughout the plant, climb stairs and ladders, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
