CACI is hiring a full-time Electrical Mechanical Technician to set up and operate wafer fabrication and micro-assembly processes in a regulated clean room. The role includes photolithography, lift-off, thin-film deposition, wet chemical etching, mask alignment, plasma cleaning, furnace and PECVD operation, die mounting, wire bonding, optical bonding, precise alignment, root-cause analysis support, build documentation, and adherence to safety and EHS protocols. Candidates need 0–3+ years of manufacturing-related experience, semiconductor experience preferred, and experience with at least one fabrication method; grinding or polishing small optics is a plus.
