OPAL-RT Technologies is hiring a temporary, one-year Electrical Modeling and Simulation Analyst to model, control, and simulate power converters and power-system circuits on CPU and FPGA platforms. The role develops and maintains MMC, HVDC, and FACTs libraries in MATLAB/Simulink and Hypersim, supports client projects, and contributes to product research and technical publications. Candidates need a master’s or Ph.D. in electrical engineering or power systems, experience with power-electronics modeling, control, and EMT simulation, and French language proficiency; English is also required for specialized software and literature.
