Description
The Electrical Packaging Engineer owns the physical realization of robot electrical architecture, including harness assemblies, connectors, cable sizing, board interfaces, routing, and service access. The role works with Hardware Engineering during robot development, then supports Manufacturing, NPI, ECOs, supplier qualification, technician training, and customer-site troubleshooting. It requires hands-on harness building, component selection, CAD proficiency, production-floor experience, and on-site work in Watertown five days per week.
