Southern Water is hiring a permanent Process Technician - Electrician for its Wastewater Treatment Team in the Kent Region. The role involves maintaining and repairing wastewater treatment works, sludge centres, and pumping stations; installing plant and equipment; responding to alarms and faults; inspecting and testing electrical equipment; supporting contractors; updating company systems; and providing standby cover. Applicants need a Level 3 NVQ Electrical qualification, a full UK driving licence, and problem-solving skills, with water-industry experience and wastewater treatment knowledge desirable. The position pays £38,247.41 to £45,896.13 per annum and includes a company van, fuel card, health care cash plan, and pension.
