The role supports building-services projects from design through installation, commissioning, handover, and ongoing maintenance. Responsibilities include reviewing project details and specifications, managing technical submittals and RFIs, tracking long-lead orders, updating drawings and as-built information, monitoring subcontractor compliance, attending site meetings, assisting with variations and procurement, managing external correspondence, ensuring compliance with building, health and safety, and EHSQ requirements, and compiling operation and maintenance manuals.
