Description
ISS is hiring an Electrical Project Engineer to support the design, development, documentation, analysis, procurement, review, commissioning, and customer support of electrical power systems. The role covers VFD and SCR drive systems, motor controls, motor control centers, medium-voltage switchgear, control panels, schematics, single-line and wiring diagrams, short-circuit and arc-flash studies, load-flow and voltage-drop analysis, and project execution. It requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology, at least seven years of progressive electrical engineering experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical, electrical analysis software, MATLAB or Mathcad, and industrial control systems. The position involves domestic and occasional international travel of approximately 20–30% and may require hands-on commissioning and startup support at customer sites.
