CESO is hiring an Electrical Project Engineer I to independently perform technical assignments for small, intermediate, and large projects under Engineer of Record supervision. The role covers project design, coordination, site visits, calculations, system modeling, drawings, schematics, specifications, shop drawings, equipment submittals, and QA/QC reviews. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering, at least five years of relevant experience, a Professional Engineer license, and proficiency with engineering software and standards. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and base salaries of $80,945–$100,288 in Kansas City, Kansas, or $76,685–$95,010 in Rogers, Arkansas.
