Rinvio is hiring a full-time, W-2 Electrical Construction Executive to provide senior-level direction for large electrical construction projects. The role oversees project strategy, execution, budgets, timelines, risks, client partnerships, purchasing, specialty-trade coordination, safety, and operational improvement, while guiding project management teams, site superintendents, and field supervisors. Candidates need at least a decade of experience leading electrical construction, including major data center, industrial, mission-critical, or manufacturing projects, along with strong team leadership and communication skills. The position is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, pays $185,000 to $300,000 annually, and includes medical, dental, vision, weekly direct-deposit pay, and paid time off.
