MMR is hiring an on-site MMR Project Manager in Abilene, Texas for a project lasting up to two years and scheduled for 55–66 hours weekly. The role leads construction, commissioning, start-up, closeout, and turnover activities; manages budgets, schedules, subcontractors, QA/QC, safety, permits, and project communications; and coordinates with the project director. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 8–12+ years of industrial construction experience, 5+ years managing electrical, industrial, or mission-critical scopes, and experience with contracts, forecasting, procurement, change management, and blueprint interpretation. The position pays $63–$70 per hour depending on experience, with a $1,050 weekly per diem if qualifications are met, and offers health, dental, vision, 401(k), and other benefits.
