Description
The employer is hiring a full-time Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects valued from $50,000 to $2.5 million. The role manages budgets, forecasting, billing, schedules, procurement, documentation, compliance, and coordination with field crews, superintendents, general contractors, owners, and design teams. It requires at least five years of commercial electrical project management experience, blueprint and NEC/NYC code knowledge, and familiarity with project management software. The position is field-based, requires commuting to projects across the five New York City boroughs and New Jersey, and includes reporting to the Staten Island office one to two days per week.
