Description
The employer is hiring a mid-level Electrical Project Manager / Estimator in Pacific, Washington to support commercial electrical construction business growth and lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include preparing electrical estimates and bid proposals, reviewing plans and specifications, performing quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis, managing project schedules, budgets, procurement, profitability, client relationships, and project-site visits. The role requires at least five years of electrical project management and/or estimating experience, commercial electrical construction experience, and experience managing projects valued between $1 million and $10 million. Compensation is $110,000 to $155,000 in base salary, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, vehicle, paid time off, and holiday benefits.
