Dubak Electrical Group LLC is hiring a full-time Electrical Project Manager for its National Projects Team to oversee electrical construction projects from business development and estimating through execution and closeout. The role manages budgets, schedules, change orders, subcontractors, field resources, multi-trade coordination, safety and quality compliance, client relationships, proposals, and value engineering. Candidates need industrial or commercial electrical project management experience, knowledge of electrical systems and related trades, proficiency with MS Project, Word, and Excel, strong communication and leadership skills, and willingness to travel to project sites at least every other week.
