Description
The Electrical Project Manager oversees electrical construction projects from inception through completion, coordinating project planning, budgets, schedules, procurement, quality control, safety compliance, and stakeholder communication. The role supervises electrical project coordinators, engineers, foremen, lead electricians, and work crews, manages contractors and subcontractors, and prepares reports for executive decision-making. It requires 10 years of electrical project management experience, knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in office and field settings, including travel, varying temperatures, heights, confined spaces, and physical site demands.
