Description
The Electrical Project Manager will manage assigned electrical projects from initiation through completion, handling project issues, managing job-site staff and subcontractors, coordinating with safety and quality teams, and directing activities to meet budget, plans, specifications, and schedules. The role also includes monthly cash-flow forecasting, financial performance tracking, Cost to Complete reporting, RFP and design-narrative interpretation, and technical construction problem-solving. Candidates should have strong customer service, communication, analytical, organizational, and adaptability skills, along with the ability to forecast costs and work flexible hours.
