Description
Nox Group is seeking a Project Superintendent to support the construction of commercial, industrial, mission-critical, and water/wastewater treatment facilities in the Southwest. The role oversees project safety and quality plans, supports Foremen and Field Superintendents, coordinates with Safety, QA/QC, Human Resources, and the Project Manager, develops project plans, mentors field leadership, and manages customer relationships. Candidates need broad construction knowledge, team leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and OSHA 30 certification; the position is safety-sensitive and may require physical work involving lifting, operating equipment, and prolonged standing or walking.
