Description
Neptune is hiring an Electrical Quality Engineer - Failure Analysis to perform root-cause failure analysis on returned and in-process electronic products. The role documents findings, supports RMA disposition and customer communications, collaborates with design, product engineering, customer quality, and supplier quality teams, identifies failure trends, and maintains lab equipment and records. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably electrical or electromechanical, and 3+ years of experience in electronics design or manufacturing; it involves less than 10% travel, production-area work, and exposure to PPE, noise, and chemical processes. U.S. work authorization sponsorship is not available.
