Description
The Electrical Racking Assembly Lead leads daily electrical racking assembly in a shop environment, coordinating personnel, production, quality control, materials, and delivery while assembling prefabricated racks and related electrical components. The role requires electrical construction or assembly experience, the ability to read electrical drawings, knowledge of electrical materials and tools, leadership of a small team, and basic computer skills. Preferred qualifications include electrical prefabrication or modular construction experience, prior supervisory experience, conduit and cable-tray work, and BIM or shop-drawing experience. The position involves physical work in a manufacturing environment, including lifting materials and operating hand and power tools.
