ArcelorMittal is seeking an Electrical Reliability Engineer to improve the reliability, availability, service life, and performance of electrical equipment in a heavy manufacturing environment. The role focuses on loss elimination, risk management, lifecycle asset management, maintenance and reliability KPI tracking, failure analysis, predictive and condition-monitoring programs, electrical maintenance specifications, root-cause problem solving, and reliability standards. The position requires a university degree in Electrical Engineering, membership in the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec, at least five years of manufacturing experience including two years in heavy industry, strong electrical and automation expertise, data-analysis and CMMS skills, predictive maintenance knowledge, bilingual French-English communication, and leadership abilities.
