The role focuses on designing and planning equipment and machine layouts, workflow, and safety precautions to maximize plant efficiency, ensure compliance with safety and design standards, identify bottlenecks, develop capacity metrics, and lead a team through hiring, performance, and disciplinary decisions. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of related work experience, four years in Automation/Electrical/Instrumentation, and prefers two years of supervisory experience.
