Description
Rosendin is hiring an Electrical Services Manager 1 to provide administrative, project, contract, and service support for small recurring and non-recurring electrical and fire alarm work. The role manages project documentation, estimates and budgets, scopes of work, contract finances, client service accounts, schedules, service personnel performance, safety and company procedures, and coordination with business development. It requires at least three years of project, service, or facility management experience, service-contract sales experience, technical and customer-service skills, Microsoft Office and advanced Excel proficiency, familiarity with CMMS platforms, communication and multitasking abilities, and up to 50% travel.
