The role requires a high school diploma, at least eight years of related experience, electrical schematic interpretation, union knowledge, scheduling and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong leadership and communication abilities. Knowledge of SAP is a plus, and the position may require overtime, weekends, and holidays.
