Description
Rising Edge Group is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site construction activities for high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the role leads site crews, coordinates subcontractors and client representatives, ensures safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance, manages timesheets and incident reporting, and supports RFIs, change orders, audits, and inspections. The position requires a construction management degree or Journeyperson PSE/Electrician designation, 5–7 years of construction experience, a valid driver’s license, knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations, and willingness to travel to project sites. It is safety-sensitive and includes rotating schedules, out-of-town work, overtime, benefits, and employer-provided travel or accommodations depending on the project.
