Rising Edge Group, an electrical contracting company specializing in high-voltage electrical solutions, is seeking a Site Supervisor. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Site Supervisor will oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Key responsibilities include coordinating construction activities, supervising site crews, acting as a liaison with stakeholders, promoting a safety culture, documenting incidents, collaborating on timelines, monitoring quality, mentoring crew members, resolving RFIs/COs, and supporting audits.
