Description
AFRY is hiring an Electrical Specialist / Project Manager for its Renewables and Energy Storage Construction unit to provide electrical engineering expertise and project leadership for renewable energy investment projects. The role covers substations, grid connections, medium- and high-voltage systems, battery energy storage systems, and solar and wind projects, including technical assessments, tender preparation, design guidance, project coordination, construction supervision, and customer reporting. The primary work locations are Oulu, Tampere, Ylivieska, Seinäjoki, or Vaasa, with regular on-site work at Finnish renewable energy sites and readiness for domestic travel; international projects may also be possible. The position requires engineering education, at least three years of relevant power engineering experience, Finnish and English fluency, and the ability to work independently and project-responsibly.
