Wilson Construction Company is hiring an Electrical Substation Assistant Project Manager / QA/QC / Field Engineer for utility substation construction projects across the Western United States. The entry-level field/office role supports project managers and schedulers with administrative, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, material tracking, quality-assurance reporting, and project-office work, while spending most hours at a project field office and some time at the company’s Rancho Cordova, California office. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, engineering, or equivalent experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organizational and analytical skills, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is $29–$36 per hour, with employer-paid medical, dental, vision, 401(k), personal time off, and holiday pay.
