Description
Mortenson is hiring an Electrical/Substation Superintendent for its Power Delivery Group to coordinate, plan, and supervise electrical construction activities, including underground cabling, overhead lines, collection systems, power-grid connections, and substation construction. The role partners with engineering and senior leadership, manages quality, safety, documentation, trade partners, and field personnel, and requires extensive high- and medium-voltage experience, a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience, and 100% travel. The position is onsite, offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits, and pays $125,600 to $188,400 base annually, with higher ranges in Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and Washington, D.C.
