Description
Stellar Energy is hiring a full-time Electrical Superintendent for its 2nd-shift manufacturing operations in Jacksonville, Florida, or Fort Worth, Texas. The role leads electrical teams responsible for installing, wiring, and testing chilled-water and chiller-system components; coordinates production planning, procurement, quality inspections, safety compliance, project schedules, and continuous improvement; and mentors foremen and junior team members. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 10 years of experience managing electrical personnel in industrial or manufacturing environments, a Journeyman or Master Electrician license, and at least 5 years of experience mentoring foremen and developing leadership capabilities.
