Interstates is hiring a Field Leader to lead a team of 3–15 people on industrial electrical projects. The role is on-site, requires travel within a 200-mile radius of Aberdeen, South Dakota, and involves managing project cost, schedule, productivity, safety, client relationships, crew coaching, planning, and electrical and construction knowledge. Applicants need on-site industrial electrical experience, crew-leadership experience, and a state-issued journeyman electrician license or equivalent.
