Description
The Electrical Superintendent oversees and manages field-based electrical operations on commercial and industrial projects, supervising electricians, foremen, and subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality, scheduling, documentation, and cost control. The role interprets blueprints and schematics, coordinates materials and manpower, resolves electrical and instrumentation issues, and mentors field crews. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, a journeyman electrician license in the state of operation, and at least five years of electrical field supervision experience.
