Description
The Superintendent owns the planning and supervision of one or more commercial electrical installation projects from kickoff through closeout. The role is responsible for safe installation, schedule, budget, quality, inspections, commissioning, documentation, field communication, and supervision of trade contractors, in-house electricians, and other field personnel. It requires extensive commercial electrical experience, NEC and OSHA knowledge, an OSHA 30 certification, and the ability to travel between project sites. The position works primarily on active construction and data center job sites with regular office time, and offers a $120,000–$180,000 USD pay range plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
