Hays Electrical Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of electrical construction projects. The role involves leading field crews, managing schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. The Superintendent will be responsible for project oversight, team supervision, quality control, safety compliance, material management, budget control, client communication, problem-solving, documentation, and project close-out.
