Description
Georgia-Pacific is hiring an Electrical Superintendent for its Clarendon oriented strand board facility in Alcolu, South Carolina. The role leads the plant electrical and instrumentation maintenance department, supervises electrical and support personnel, develops maintenance objectives, leads preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, supports safe work practices, and helps drive safety, reliability, quality, cost, productivity, and customer service. The position requires at least three years of supervisory experience in heavy industrial electrical maintenance, knowledge of industrial motor controls, electrical distribution, CMMS, HMI, PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, and electrical fundamentals, with an electrical engineering degree or five or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
