Description
Stellar Energy is hiring a full-time Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical teams in its manufacturing facilities in Jacksonville, Florida, or Fort Worth, Texas. The role manages electrical installations, wiring, testing, production planning, quality inspections, safety compliance, subcontractor schedules, and continuous improvement across chilled-water and chiller systems. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 10 years of experience managing electrical personnel in industrial or manufacturing environments, a Journeyman or Master Electrician license, and at least 5 years of experience mentoring foremen and developing leadership capabilities. The position is on-site, first-shift Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work, and offers medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, and other benefits.
