Stellar Energy is hiring a full-time Electrical Superintendent to lead and manage electrical teams responsible for installing, wiring, and testing electrical components of chilled water systems in its Jacksonville manufacturing facility. The role oversees production planning, resource allocation, quality inspections, safety compliance, subcontractor coordination, continuous improvement, and the development of electrical foremen and junior team members. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 10 years of experience managing electrical personnel in industrial or manufacturing environments, a Journeyman or Master Electrician license, and at least 5 years of experience mentoring foremen and developing leadership capabilities.
