Description
The MEP Superintendent oversees the day-to-day field execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems from installation through commissioning and turnover in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial projects. The role coordinates subcontractors and trades, ensures work meets drawings and specifications, monitors progress and quality, leads coordination meetings, enforces safety standards, supports testing and NCR resolution, and ensures systems are complete and ready for turnover.
