Description
The Electrical Supervisor leads and supports the electrical team in troubleshooting, repair, installation, calibration, and maintenance of production and facilities equipment. The role supervises electricians, manages shift schedules and work orders, monitors production parameters, participates in root-cause analysis and reliability improvements, and supports safety, uptime, quality, energy consumption, and other operational metrics. The position requires at least two years of manufacturing experience and four years of electrical experience, including high-voltage work, and is available for continuous-plant coverage including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
