Description
Equinox Gold is recruiting a full-time Electrical Supervisor for its on-site Musselwhite Mine in Northwestern Ontario. Reporting to the Electrical Superintendent, the role manages the electrical maintenance department, oversees underground construction installations and surface construction projects, directs staff and contractors, ensures compliance with electrical codes and safety standards, supports personnel development, and provides shift reports. The position requires a high school diploma, Ontario Construction and Maintenance Electrician certification, at least five years of progressive electrical maintenance experience, and knowledge of electrical transmission, distribution, and process and control systems. The schedule is 14 days on, 14 days off, with 12-hour day and night shifts and travel to the site. Compensation is $127,000 to $162,000 per year, with a 15% target annual bonus and a defined contribution pension plan.
