Description
PCA is hiring an Electrical Supervisor for its Valdosta, Georgia paper mill. The role coordinates and completes electrical maintenance, manages hourly union journeyman electricians, develops preventive and predictive maintenance programs, supports scheduled and annual outages, capital projects, equipment reliability, contractor management, and documentation. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education and experience, plus 2–5 years of electrical maintenance supervision experience, are required; pulp and paper industry experience is preferred. The starting salary range is $86,400 to $108,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid vacation, and other benefits.
