Description
The Electrical Supervisor oversees electrical installations, maintenance, repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards across a mining site. The role leads and develops electricians and contractors, coordinates with engineering and maintenance teams, documents work, addresses equipment and personnel issues, and implements operational improvements. It requires a licensed electrician with 5–10 years of experience, 2–5 years of supervisory experience, mining knowledge, engineering-print reading ability, and the ability to work extended shifts and overtime.
