Description
Paslin is hiring an Electrical Supervisor for its Integration team to lead the layout, installation, modification, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and communication systems for advanced manufacturing equipment. The role supervises in-house electricians and contract personnel, coordinates materials and resources, supports project planning and continuous improvement, and works across office, shop, and customer-site environments. It requires at least three years of experience leading electricians or similar professionals, with electrical journeyman certification or technical certification preferred, and involves travel to customer sites in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
