Valard Construction is hiring Electrical Supervisors / Foremen to lead crews and oversee on-site construction activities for Battery Energy Storage System projects in the Elora and Jarvis areas of Ontario. The role manages site activities, safety and quality compliance, equipment, materials, paperwork, crew development, client relations, and project changes. Candidates need a related journeyperson electrical designation, five years of construction experience, medium- and high-voltage installation and termination experience, prior supervisory or foreman experience, a valid driver's license, and membership or willingness to join the Canadian Union of Skilled Workers. The position pays $64.97 per hour, with a Monday-Friday, 10-hour daily schedule and possible overtime.
