Description
The Electrical Supervisor directly supervises and coordinates electricians, recommends safety and training, coordinates operations across departments, and improves production methods, equipment reliability, quality, and efficiency. The role requires electrical troubleshooting, schematic and single-line-diagram interpretation, knowledge of medium-voltage systems and electrical regulations, and proficiency with AB ladder logic for CompactLogix and ControlLogix. An associate degree or 1–2 years of related experience or training is required, with CMMS experience preferred. The position may require any shift and pays $85,000 to $105,000.
