Description
The Electrical Support Engineer analyzes, troubleshoots, and resolves electrical failures and operational issues escalated from first-line support, investigates recurring problems, performs root-cause analysis, and implements corrective and preventive measures. The role supports planned maintenance, shutdowns, equipment servicing, continuous improvement, troubleshooting documentation, and on-call escalations. It requires at least three years of experience in electrical systems or machinery, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments, with semiconductor background, high-voltage, and PLC knowledge preferred.
