Description
Coherent is hiring an electrical and systems engineering leader to own R&D delivery for high-power laser and mixed-signal products from system architecture and requirements definition through design, integration, verification, certification, and production. The role involves leading multidisciplinary engineering activities, coordinating suppliers and external partners, troubleshooting customer and product issues, and ensuring compliance with EMC, electrical safety, and machinery standards. The position is primarily on-site, with remote work possible in special cases, and requires a relevant master's degree or equivalent experience, high-power product design experience, system integration expertise, and fluent Finnish and English.
