Akkodis is seeking an Electrical Systems Engineer for a maritime defense client in Wedel, Schleswig-Holstein. The role analyzes customer requirements, plans and coordinates electrical component and system development, creates design concepts and technical analyses, documents architecture, ensures compliance and electrical safety, supports component integration and testing, and contributes to product roadmaps and obsolescence management. Candidates need a university degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification, several years of experience in electrical systems and components, and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills; experience with networks, battery technology, PLCs, microcontroller programming, or VHDL is advantageous. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with part-time remote work.
