ALTEN is hiring an experienced Electrical System Engineer for its System Pole team supporting major UK nuclear infrastructure projects. The role covers low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems, energy evacuation systems, building-pilot electrical expertise, technical preparation and acceptance of major electrical contracts, commissioning support, and liaison with the Joint Design Office. Candidates need an electrical engineering or related degree, electrical systems engineering experience, knowledge of power distribution and design standards, and strong stakeholder management skills; nuclear experience and knowledge of UK and international electrical standards are desirable.
