Arc is hiring a full-time, on-site Electrical Systems Engineer at its Los Angeles headquarters to own the design, integration, testing, and execution of high- and low-voltage electrical systems for commercial marine vessels. The role includes developing electrical topologies and wiring definitions, collaborating with control software, leading hardware trade studies, supporting sea trials, and interfacing with suppliers and shipyards. Candidates need an electrical, mechatronics, systems engineering, or related degree and at least five years of experience in electrical systems integration, hardware development, or system-level engineering. The position offers an annual base salary of $185,000, equity grants, bonuses, and healthcare benefits.
